New sector-leading service launched to disrupt Therapeutic Education space

A new sector-leading service has been launched to disrupt specialist therapeutic education space. Based in Manchester, Educ8 recognises that maintaining young people in education is of vital importance. 14 schools that are all registered as independent educational facilities with Ofsted and Etsyn, each provide full time education for young people aged 11-18 years. The service places a strong emphasis on vocational courses and broadly follow the National Curriculum leading up to GCSE and Functional Skills accreditation.


Dedicated to inspirational learning and supporting the most vulnerable children, Educ8’s expert team of professionals helps young people overcome learning difficulties, providing them with the tools and the guidance they need. Educ8 transforms the lives of young people, encouraging positive relationships with a high emphasis on life-enriching opportunities and activities, whilst developing strategies to help them to navigate their way through everyday life situations.


Pupils who learn with Educ8 usually share a background of being failed by mainstream provisions and are presented with a bespoke and made to measure approach to education. These focus on both enjoyment and achievement parred with robust relationships with numerous providers who enable us to obtain a variety of qualification, as well as operational links with local authorities and colleges.
