Educ8 GCSE Results Celebration: 97% Pass Rate Achieved

Today marks a monumental milestone for our schools. This morning, our incredible students received their GCSE results and we are beyond proud to announce that 97% of our students entered for GCSE examinations achieved a passing grade. 

This fantastic achievement represents an excellent increase from our 92% pass rate last year, demonstrating the continuous growth, resilience, and commitment of our young people and our staff. 

Strong Performances Across Key Academic Subjects 

Our students demonstrated impressive strength across a broad spectrum of core, creative, and technical disciplines.

Particularly strong performances (achieving grades 4 to 6) were recorded in: 

● Core Academic Subjects: English Language, English Literature, Mathematics, and Biology 

● Creative & Language Arts: Art & Design and Turkish 

These top achievements were closely followed by commendable results in Chemistry, Business Studies, Sociology, History, and Economics. 

This diverse range of accomplishments highlights not only our students' academic capabilities, but also our commitment to offering a balanced, rich curriculum that caters to individual strengths and future career pathways.

Commenting on this morning's success, our Education Director, Cerasela Raducanescu, reflected on the deeper meaning behind these numbers:

By combining high academic expectations with robust mental health and emotional wellbeing support, we create a safe environment where students who may have struggled elsewhere can rediscover their confidence and excel.
